Allow support tickets to be sent to a common mailbox [FEAT - 1245]

My team uses a shared mailbox to monitor our site. When one team member submits a Pantheon ticket, all the other developers on the team are in the dark on the communication. It would be great to enter an email address that can be CC’d on all tickets.

The process we use at CU is to CC other team members or a list for the team on the initial email Zen Desk sends when the ticket is opened. They will get all future emails after that. This works most of the time, but I’d caution against adding stakeholders as an FYI. We’ve had people start interacting with our team via those tickets who don’t completely understand the support my team provides vs. what Pantheon provides.

Yep, this is the work-around we are using as well, but with a larger development team (and multiple teams), you are counting on that initial developer to do that “add” - and that is not always happening.

Ohhh this is a great one! @dpagini thank you for sharing :slight_smile: I can see where that may cause a headache. I am certainly going to peek through JIRA to see if this feature request exists already. If not, I am going to submit it so our team can look into this. :eyes:
